Job summary

Astound is hiring Direct Sales Representatives for residential, field-based roles across multiple U.S. locations. You’ll meet residents face-to-face, qualify prospects, and sign up new customers for our internet services.

Earnings combine base pay with uncapped commissions, with on-target earnings up to six figures for top performers. The position emphasizes outdoor work, achievement of sales targets, and participation in training and mentoring to accelerate ramp-up and growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communications, relationship building, organizational, presentation and influence skills.
• Ability to work outdoors and hunt for new customers in the field.

Responsibilities

• Obtain new customers in a residential environment through face-to-face interaction.
• Aggressively pursue leads provided daily.
• Understand property contract language, service levels, and obligations.
• Distribute marketing material and build Astound brand awareness.
• Visit potential customers at residences to discuss service needs and sign-up orders.
• Report sales statistics to management and stay updated on market competition.
