Job summary

Astound is seeking a motivated Direct Sales Representative to grow our residential customer base in multiple markets. You’ll work in the field, meeting residents and property managers, presenting service options, and signing customers up for Astound’s internet, WiFi, and TV solutions.

The role offers a base salary with uncapped commissions and the potential to exceed six figures with strong performance. Expected start dates include late November or early December, with December training to ramp

Qualifications

• Must be able to work outdoors in a field-based role.
• Face-to-face customer engagement with residents and property managers.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, quota-driven, with strong time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers through in-person visits.
• Respond to leads and pursue daily opportunities.
• Understand property details and service options for sign-up.
• Present marketing materials and build Astound brand awareness.
• Review contract language, service levels, and obligations with customers.
• Meet with customers, provide quotes, and process sign-ups.
• Attend sales meetings and report performance data to management.
