Job summary

Astound is seeking energetic Direct Sales Representatives for residential field roles. You will engage residents and property groups through face-to-face visits, present service options, and sign customers up for Astound’s internet, WiFi, and TV packages.

The role emphasizes outdoor, field-based engagement with uncapped commissions and a base salary that supports strong earnings potential. Starting in December with training to build territory knowledge and sales momentum for the new year.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for in-person interactions.
• Ability to work in outdoor field-based environments.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers through face-to-face meetings at homes and properties.
• Pursue provided leads daily and build early sales momentum.
• Explain service options, gather quotes, and close sign-up orders.
• Understand property contracts and service levels, and relay requirements to customers.
• Attend mandatory sales meetings and report performance to management.
• Maintain knowledge of market competition and field activity.
