Astound is seeking motivated residential sales professionals to drive our door-to-door campaigns across multiple markets. You will start with a base salary and pursue uncapped commissions, with the potential to exceed six figures based on performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communications, relationship-building, organizational, presentation and influence skills.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Obtain new customers in a residential environment through professional, face-to-face interaction with residents, property management groups, and other referral sources.
• Aggressively pursue leads provided daily.
• Understand every property within the portfolio and explain service options.
• Distribute marketing material and build Astound brand awareness.
• Review property contract language, service levels, and obligations.
