Astound is seeking a results-driven residential sales representative in the Chicago area to obtain new customers through face-to-face outreach. This field-based role emphasizes earning potential with a base salary and uncapped commissions, and requires self-motivation, outdoor work, and strong communication.

You’ll pursue leads, explain service options, review contracts, and report progress in regular sales meetings.
