Astound is hiring for a dynamic residential direct sales role in Chicago, IL and other markets. You will obtain new customers in a residential environment through face-to-face interactions, with a base salary and uncapped commissions fueling earnings.

Qualifications

• Face-to-face and door-to-door sales experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
• Strong communication, prospecting and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers via in-person interactions.
• Pursue leads daily and understand property requirements.
• Present service options, collect sign-ups, and meet targets.
• Attend sales meetings and report progress to management.
