Job summary

Astound is seeking a motivated field-based sales representative to acquire residential customers through direct, face-to-face outreach in designated territories. You will leverage uncapped commission potential and a base salary to drive earnings while building Astound brand presence in communities.

Training starts in late November to early December with ongoing support, mentorship, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to engage customers in person and present services clearly.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Obtain new residential customers through face-to-face interaction.
• Distribute marketing materials and support campaigns to build brand awareness.
• Review property contracts and understand service options for customers.
• Discuss customer needs and propose suitable service solutions.
• Attend sales meetings and report performance metrics to management.
• Stay informed about market competition and territory status.
