Astound is hiring for a dynamic field-based residential sales role in multiple locations. You will visit homes and businesses to present, quote, and sign up services, while building Astound brand awareness in the local market.

The role is outdoors, with 90% field activity and a base salary plus uncapped commission. Training starts in late November/early December, with the potential to exceed six figures for high performers.

Qualifications

• Able to thrive in a fast-paced outdoor sales environment.
• Face-to-face engagement with residents and property managers.
• Strong communication, relationship-building and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers through direct outreach.
• Pursue leads daily and understand property-specific service needs.
• Present quotes, sign-up orders, and explain Astound offerings.
• Attend sales meetings and report progress to management.
• Maintain knowledge of competitive market activity.
