Job summary

Astound is seeking a Direct Sales Representative for residential door-to-door sales in the U.S. market. You start with a base salary and can unlock uncapped commissions, giving you the chance to reach six-figure earnings with strong performance.

You’ll represent Astound, build relationships with residents and property managers, and grow our residential footprint across assigned markets. Prior field sales or customer-facing experience is a plus; training begins in December with a flexible start

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Face-to-face sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Obtain new customers in a residential environment through face-to-face interaction with residents and property managers.
• Proactively pursue leads provided daily to build sales momentum.
• Understand property contracts, service levels, and obligations to present suitable solutions.
• Distribute marketing materials and help campaigns to raise Astound brand awareness.
• Attend mandatory sales meetings and report sales statistics to management.
