Job summary

Astound is seeking a residential direct sales professional to build relationships with residents and property managers in a field-based role. You will drive door-to-door customer acquisition with uncapped commissions and an earning potential that can exceed base expectations.

The position emphasizes outdoor sales, face-to-face engagement, and quota-driven performance, with training and a defined start window in late fall.

Qualifications

• Face-to-face and door-to-door sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communications and presentation skills.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Self-starter with ability to work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Obtain new customers in a residential environment through professional, face-to-face interaction with residents and others.
• Distribute marketing material and build Astound brand awareness.
• Review property contracts and understand service levels and obligations.
• Attend mandatory sales meetings and report sales statistics to management.
• Stay up to date with market competition and drive leads daily.
