Job summary

Astound is seeking a dynamic Residential Outside Sales professional. In a field-based role, you’ll meet residents and property managers, present service options, and close sign-up orders while building brand awareness in your territory.

Base salary ranges from $32,000 to $40,000, with uncapped commissions and training. Achieve strong earnings with on-target earnings up to $90,000+ and ample opportunity for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, autonomous, and able to manage time effectively.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Face-to-face, door-to-door sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers through in-person visits.
• Present service options and close sign-up orders.
• Pursue leads daily and expand brand awareness in the assigned territory.
• Attend sales meetings and report activity to management.
