Job summary

Astound is seeking a dynamic, field-based Residential Outside Sales representative. You’ll obtain new customers in a residential environment through face-to-face interactions with residents, property management groups, and other referral sources.

Take control of your income with a base salary plus uncapped commissions; the total compensation can exceed six figures for top performers. Training starts November 30 or December 7, with December training to accelerate ramp-up for the New Year.

Responsibilities

• Obtain new customers in a residential environment through face-to-face interaction with residents, property management groups, and referrals.
• Aggressively pursue leads provided daily and understand property-specific requirements.
• Distribute marketing material, build Astound brand awareness, and facilitate campaigns.
• Review property contracts, service levels, and obligations; articulate customer needs and solutions.
• Attend mandatory sales meetings and report statistics to management.
• Stay informed about competitor activity in the market.
