Astound is hiring for a Direct Sales Representative in a field-based, residential role. You will engage residents and property managers face-to-face to grow our customer base and drive sign-ups.

The position offers a base salary with uncapped commissions and the opportunity to exceed six figures with strong performance. Training starts in December, with a flexible start date and a focus on ramping quickly for the New Year.

Qualifications

• Experience in field sales, outdoors sales preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers through face-to-face visits.
• Pursue leads daily and build momentum in assigned territories.
• Explain service options, provide quotes, and sign-up orders.
• Distribute marketing materials and represent Astound professionally.
• Meet sales meetings and accurately report statistics.
