Responsibilities include scheduling, budget adherence, site safety, and post-close warranty coordination, with a focus on delivering high quality homes on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and schedules across multiple homes.

Responsibilities

• Manage the construction schedule and ensure high quality on time and within budget.
• Schedule subcontractors and evaluate workmanship for compliance with plans and codes.
• Complete each home site from planning to occupancy, meeting all contract obligations.
• Authorize subcontractor payments after inspection and materials receipt.
• Maintain customer experience through regular communications and site inspections.
• Ensure site cleanliness and safety throughout construction.
• Oversee post-close warranty process and coordinate with subcontractors as needed.
• Communicate with sales, warranty, and management to resolve issues proactively.
