Greystar is seeking a Property Manager in Jacksonville to lead day-to-day operations of a multi-family community. You will manage staff, drive leasing, budgeting, commercial and resident services while ensuring compliance with housing laws and company policies.

The role requires strong financial acumen and customer service excellence. You will analyze market trends, implement leasing strategies, and communicate performance updates to owners while maintaining high occupancy and service standards

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years minimum of property management, sales, marketing and customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop budgets for the property by analyzing financial statements and reports.
• Meet revenue targets by setting rent rates and processing deposits and invoices.
• Approve invoices and manage communications between vendors, accounting and owners.
• Control expenditures to stay within the approved budget and supervise cash handling.
• Oversee lease enforcement, applications, renewals, inspections and notices.
• Analyze market trends and implement marketing and leasing strategies.
• Promote resident satisfaction and address service issues promptly.
• Ensure maintenance staff comply with company standards and complete requests.
• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure safety and appearance standards.
• Supervise staff, hire and train employees and manage performance.
• Assist with client/owner communications and provide property performance updates.
• Complete accounting, financial, administrative reports and other duties.
