Greystar in Jacksonville, FL, seeks an experienced Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a multi-family community, drive revenue, and lead on-site teams. You will manage budgets, enforce leases, and coordinate maintenance, while ensuring compliance with housing laws and company standards.

The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and excellent communication to enhance resident satisfaction and property performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of property management, sales, marketing, and customer service background.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently, as a leader, and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop budget inputs by analyzing financial statements and market data.
• Meet targeted revenues by setting rent rates and collecting payments; prepare monthly reports.
• Approve invoices, manage certificates of insurance, code charges, and liaise with vendors and clients.
• Control expenditures within the approved budget and manage petty cash.
• Oversee lease enforcement, applications, renewals, inspections, notices, and evictions as needed.
• Analyze market trends and implement marketing and leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Promote resident satisfaction and supervise maintenance staff to meet company standards.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and appearance.
• Supervise staff, hire, orient, train, and evaluate performance.
