Vivmark Residential is seeking a Community Manager to lead the operations of our apartment community in the US. The role focuses on financial performance, resident satisfaction, and team excellence, with hands-on daily management of leasing, maintenance, and operations.

You will recruit, train, and supervise a high-performing team, monitor performance, and guide staff development. A valid driver's license and flexible scheduling are required.

Competenze

• Experience in residential or commercial property management, hospitality, or retail.
• Customer service and sales experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate in English, both written and spoken.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation if operating a vehicle.

• Oversee daily operations of the apartment community to achieve financial success and resident satisfaction.
• Manage sales, leasing, and maintenance initiatives for the property.
