Qualifications

• Experience in property management, hospitality, or retail.
• Customer service and sales experience.
• Knowledge of federal and state apartment housing laws.
• Valid driver's license and transportation if required for vehicle operations.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Ability to use a smartphone and company security systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and train in sales, marketing, and customer service.
• Manage financial transactions and maintain accurate resident files.
• Use selling techniques and maintain community knowledge to support marketing efforts.
• Explain lease provisions, oversee move-ins and orientations.
• Respond promptly to resident calls and emails, address concerns, and follow up.
