Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Sales and Service Supervisor (Assistant Community Manager) to lead a leasing team in delivering luxury living experiences. You will assist the Community Manager in executing a robust sales/marketing strategy and coach leasing staff to meet community goals.

The role emphasizes high-quality customer service, revenue maximization, and training, with opportunities to influence operations and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of multifamily experience or related experience/education in hospitality, retail or restaurant.
• 1+ years of supervisory or training experience required.
• HS diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proficiency with administrative software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist in determining community sales goals and coach leasing consultants to achieve them.
• Lease apartment homes; manage and convert leads, presenting information to residents and prospects.
• Address customer service concerns promptly, maintaining high loyalty and satisfaction.
• Support programs to maximize revenue, control expenses, and improve customer experience.
• Assist residents during move-in, renewals, move-out, and transfers.
