Vivmark Residential is seeking a seasoned Community Manager in Los Angeles, CA to lead leasing, resident relations, and office operations across portfolios. You will manage budgets, coordinate with maintenance, and drive financial performance while delivering exceptional living experiences for residents.

The role requires 5+ years in multi-family or related property management and 2+ years of people management, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-family or related property management experience.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• Experience managing community operations, including financial performance, customer service, communications, marketing, negotiation, crisis management, and staffing.
• Experience utilizing data/reports to develop solutions to sustain high standards of customer service, revenue, and expense control.
• Successfully resolves resident issues with proven past performance.
