Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a maintenance-focused professional to partner with the Community Manager and help achieve property objectives.

Responsibilities include overseeing maintenance tasks, preparing market-ready apartments, inspecting systems, and collaborating on capital improvements while ensuring safety and compliance with housing laws. A valid driver’s license and after-hours availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, appliances, and HVAC is required.
• Experience in property management, hospitality, or retail is preferred.
• Knowledge of federal and state apartment housing laws is expected.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Community Manager to achieve property objectives.
• Perform maintenance tasks and prepare market-ready apartments.
• Analyze property data and support financial decisions.
• Oversee capital improvements and inventory control.
• Respond to emergencies after hours when needed.
