Job summary

Venture Community Services Inc. is hiring a Direct Support Professional for an adult residential setting. You will supervise direct support staff, implement ISPs, assist with daily living activities, and help residents achieve independence and community integration.

Paid training is provided, with a $1,000 sign-on bonus for full-time and $500 for part-time positions. The role offers 40 hours weekly and hourly pay between $19.00 and $20.50.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in education, psychology, rehabilitation, or related field.
• MAP certification currently active; obtain MAP certification within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Direct Support Professionals during shifts.
• Implement ISPs, behavior plans and assessments to individual needs.
• Document ISP programs and behavior data sheets.
• Deliver and document medications.
• Coordinate resident activities, meals, shopping, and daily living tasks.
• Maintain safety checks, fire drills, and DDS compliance.
• Assist with household management, budgets, and resident finances.
• Serve as primary shift contact and communicate updates to leadership.
