Qualifications

• BA/BS preferred with one year experience in human services.
• Must be 21+ years old with a HS diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and daily use of a car on site (preferred but not required).

Responsibilities

• Supervision of Direct Care staff
• Development and implementation of ISP’s (Individualized Support Plans)
• Oversee house operations and services
• Ensure a home-like environment for individuals living in the program
• Compliance with agency policies and DDS mission statement
• Maintain ongoing communication with parents, guardians, day programs, physicians and funding sources
• Coach, train, and develop high-performing work teams
• Advocate and establish rapport with the disabled population, their families, coworkers, and service providers
