Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

• Must maintain a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
• Comfort with basic computer tasks and customer communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential installs and disconnects (data, video, phone) on customer premises.
• Ensure RF and signal levels meet specifications to reduce callbacks.
• Provide excellent customer service and educate customers on products/services.
• Maintain communication with leadership and dispatch to optimize route productivity.
• Operate company vehicle safely and follow safety policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
