Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0 years experience; entry level.
• Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
• Basic knowledge of ladder, hand or power tools.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new skills.
• Problem solving and time management.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential installs and disconnects on customer premises per standards.
• Ensure RF and signal levels meet specs to avoid repeat service calls.
• Communicate with leadership and dispatch to maintain productive routes and safety.
• Educate customers on products/services and upsell where appropriate.
• Operate company vehicle safely.
• Other duties as assigned.
