Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and supervisory/leadership experience.
• Preferred degrees include Associate's or Bachelor's in Human Services, Psychology, Social Work, Special Education, or related fields.
• Experience with Connecticut DDS regulations, licensing requirements, and regulatory compliance is essential.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, EHR systems, and other program documentation tools.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, supervision, coaching, and performance management to assigned employees.
• Oversee daily program operations to ensure high-quality services and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate development, implementation, and evaluation of Individual Plans (IPs/ISPs) and related supports.
• Conduct employee performance evaluations and ongoing coaching.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, onboarding, training, and program coverage; participate in on-call duties.
• Monitor program performance and ensure individualized support is delivered effectively.
