Job summary

The Kennedy Collective is seeking a Direct Support Professional to provide direct support across residential, day, and community-based settings in Connecticut. The DSP will help individuals implement person-centered plans, assist with ADLs, and support skill development while documenting progress per agency policies.

Responsibilities include administering medications per policies, ensuring health and safety, and promoting independence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
• Ability to work in a person-centered residential/daily living setting is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support per IP/ISP, promoting independence and choice.
• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care as needed.
• Implement goals and document progress in ECR and other platforms.
• Maintain safety, health, and dignity of individuals served.
