Job summary

Kennedy-Donovan Center (KDC) is seeking a Program Team Lead to provide daily leadership for our Community-Based Day Supports (CBDS) programs. You will oversee operations at multiple sites, coordinate schedules and outings, and guide Direct Support Professionals to deliver person-centered services.

You will collaborate with the Program Director and Senior Director, ensure regulatory compliance, and support ISPs while fostering community involvement.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in human services, social work, education, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Knowledge of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
• 2+ years of experience with individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities or in a similar human services setting.
• At least 1 year of leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience.
• Strong knowledge of community inclusion principles and person-centered practices.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to complete CPR/FA and SafetyCare certifications.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of CBDS programs across sites.
• Coordinate daily schedules, community outings, and activities.
• Support budgeting and fiscal responsibility with the Program Director.
• Provide supervision, coaching, and performance feedback to Direct Support Professionals.
• Support ISPs and build relationships with participants and families.
• Ensure staff maintain required certifications and training.
• Transport participants safely to activities and appointments.
• Maintain attendance, incident reports, and PBS documentation.
• Communicate program operations to the Program Director and partners.
