Job summary

State of Connecticut Department of Developmental Services is seeking a Regional Residential Manager to Direct and coordinate operations across community living arrangements and campus settings. The position involves collaboration with the Director of Residential Programs on policy development, strategic planning, and ensuring high-quality, person-centered services.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of supervisory experience in a program for individuals with an intellectual disability.
• Experience with person-centered support practices and interdisciplinary service delivery is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate operations for community living arrangements and related residential programs.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate staff; oversee program goals and compliance.
• Assist in policy development and strategic planning for residential services.
• Ensure regulatory and safety standards are met and lead emergency/incident response.
