Vitality Living in Hendersonville, TN is seeking a Wellness Coordinator to support the Director of Wellness in daily operations and resident care. You will help ensure compassionate, personalized care that promotes dignity, choice, and well-being.

In this role you will create and maintain staff schedules, coordinate coverage for call-offs, monitor overtime, and support onboarding and CPR tracking. You will also assist with move-ins, care plans, and documentation while upholding safety and

Formación

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Computer proficiency including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to perform essential physical duties, including lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Create and maintain staff schedules, coordinate coverage for call-offs, and monitor unapproved overtime.
• Coordinate staff assignments, communication devices, and resident alert systems to support timely care.
• Assist with resident move-ins, records, care group assignments, and shower schedules.
• Support onboarding and hands-on training for Personal Care Specialists and track staff CPR certifications.
