Job summary

Vitality Living Group seeks a Wellness Coordinator to lead the wellness team and ensure residents receive compassionate, dignified care. You will help maintain staffing schedules, coordinate coverage for absences, and support smooth transitions for new residents into the YourLife community.

You will monitor wellness programs, assist with training of new staff, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while fostering a safe, engaging living environment for residents and families.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Must be computer literate and able to use Word and Excel programs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain staffing schedules for LPNs and Personal Care Specialists to match occupancy.
• Coordinate coverage for staff call-offs to maintain staffing ratios.
• Ensure equipment and devices are logged in and returned after shifts.
• Assist with new resident transitions and orientation for wellness services.
• Monitor resident bands and CPR certifications; update records as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
