Job summary

Vitality Living is seeking a Wellness Coordinator to support the Director of Wellness in coordinating daily operations and ensuring compassionate, personalized resident care that promotes dignity, choice, and well-being. This role focuses on staffing coverage, training, and adherence to care plans.

You will create and maintain staff schedules, coordinate coverage for call-offs, supervise communications devices and resident alert systems, and assist with resident move-ins and care documentation,

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and meet applicable health and certification requirements.
• Effective verbal and written communication in English.
• Proficient with computer software including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to perform essential physical duties, including lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain staff schedules and coordinate coverage for call-offs.
• Coordinate staff assignments, communication devices, and resident alert systems to support timely care.
• Assist with resident move-ins, care group assignments, and shower schedules.
• Support onboarding and hands-on training for Personal Care Specialists and track CPR certifications.
