Vitality Living in Hudson, FL is seeking a Wellness Coordinator to lead a compassionate team and promote healthy aging for residents. The role requires strong communication, scheduling, and adherence to safety protocols.

You will manage staffing, track CPR certifications, coordinate resident move-ins, and ensure equipment is available and logged. The successful candidate will work within YourLife community standards and state health requirements.

Competenze

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Must meet state health-related requirements.
• Must be computer literate and able to use Word and Excel programs.
• Must possess required certifications per state regulations.

Mansioni

• Lead a compassionate wellness team to promote dignity and choice for residents.
• Maintain staffing schedules to align with occupancy and ensure adequate coverage.
• Coordinate staff coverage and ensure devices (iPads) are logged in and returned after shifts.
• Monitor resident wellness bands, CPR certifications, and move-ins to ensure smooth transitions to YourLife communities.
• Assist with orientation for Personal Care Specialists and orientation for new residents as needed.
• Perform backup shifts as needed and support CPR/first aid when required.
