Job summary

Talentify seeks a Resident Services Coordinator to support the Wellness Department in an assisted living setting. You will oversee medication administration, maintain resident charts, and coordinate daily tasks with staff to ensure resident health and safety.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work with a interdisciplinary team in a dynamic healthcare environment. Evening/weekend hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent; prior care experience in an assisted living community or skilled nursing facility.
• Preferred CNA certification.
• Able to speak, read, write, and understand English fluently.
• Health Screening, TB Clearance, and Criminal Record Clearance required.
• Willingness to work additional hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Monitor team members’ medication administration and audit records.
• Schedule Personal Care Assistants and develop daily tasks.
• Update medical charts and care plans; maintain daily resident records.
• Maintain inventory and order medical supplies.
• Act as point of contact for communication with supervisors, doctors, and families.
