Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Two years of experience in communications or reception.
• Ability to learn and operate a PBX system and radio base unit within three months of employment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Computer literacy including Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Answer all telephone calls and transfer as needed.
• Greet visitors and vendors; ensure proper sign-in protocol.
• Initiate and respond to radio transmissions involving residents or staff.
• Maintain the Concierge Resident Directory and Data Sheet.
• Safeguard confidential resident information and limit access.
• Attend all in-service trainings and meetings.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
