Job summary

Village on The Isle is seeking a courteous Server to take and deliver orders for residents and guests in a fast, attentive manner. You will explain menu items, suggest dishes, and ensure each guest experiences high-quality service aligned with our standards.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, entering orders in the POS, refilling beverages, and assisting with side duties. This role requires stand-up work in a care facility-setting with strong teamwork and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Greets residents and guests; takes beverage orders and answers questions about the menu.
• Takes food orders and explains menu items, ingredients, and cooking methods; suggests items.
• Enters orders into the Point of Sale system accurately.
• Serves meals to residents and guests in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Maintains a pleasant dining experience and checks on residents throughout meals.
• Performs clean-up duties; prepares and sets up for next service; keeps tables clean and organized.
