Job summary

Village On The Isle is seeking a friendly Concierge to be the first point of contact for residents, families and vendors, greeting visitors and answering calls with warmth and professionalism.

You will manage sign-in, assist with routine communications, maintain the resident directory and uphold confidentiality. This role requires reliability, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with a diverse team of staff and residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of experience in communications or reception.
• Possess or ability to learn and operate a PBX system and radio base unit within three months of employment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer all telephone calls and transfer appropriately.
• Greet and welcome visitors and vendors and ensure sign-in protocol is followed.
• Initiate and respond to radio transmissions involving residents or staff.
• Maintain the Concierge Resident Directory and Data Sheet.
• Safeguard confidential resident information and limit access.
• Attend in-service trainings and meetings.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
