Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a Transportation Coordinator (Driver) to deliver a resident-focused transportation program. You will drive, coordinate routes, manage requests in our digital system, and support programming activities across shifts.

The role requires a high school diploma, 3+ years of licensed driving, and a valid license with clean MVR. Join our team and help provide safe, reliable transportation for residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean MVR with at least 3 years of driving experience.
• Experience coordinating transportation and assisting older adults is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide transportation services during scheduled hours and cover designated medical days.
• Safely operate community vehicles for medical, recreational, and personal transport.
• Enter and manage requests in the digital transportation system and keep schedules accurate.
• Maintain vehicle readiness with routine inspections, cleanliness, and fuel checks.
• Support Entertainment & Programming with outings, logistics, and safety adherence.
• Assist with non-driving tasks and interdepartmental support during scheduled hours.
• Ensure schedules align with transportation guidelines and availability.
