Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a full-time Transportation Coordinator (Driver) to deliver reliable, resident-focused transport services. You will drive, coordinate scheduling, manage requests in a digital system, and support programming events within the community.

Responsibilities include assisting residents, maintaining vehicles, and participating in non-driving tasks to ensure smooth daily operations. A valid license and clean MVR are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 years of licensed driving experience.
• Must have a valid state Driver’s License and Clean MVR.

Responsibilities

• Provides transportation services during scheduled work hours, including medical transportation days.
• Safely operate community vehicles to provide medical, recreational, and personal transportation to residents.
• Enter and manage transportation requests in our digital transportation management system, ensuring schedules are accurate and in line with guidelines.
• Maintain vehicle readiness by completing routine inspections and keeping vehicles clean and in good condition.
• Support the Entertainment & Programming team with outings and events, including planning and logistics.
• During non-driving hours, provide community support and other operational tasks.
