Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is hiring a Transportation Coordinator (Driver) to deliver a structured, resident-focused transportation program within the community. You will drive vehicles for medical, recreational, and personal trips, coordinate schedules, and assist residents with mobility needs.

Full-time position, Monday through Friday with some Saturdays. Must have a valid driver’s license, clean MVR, and at least three years of licensed driving experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 21 years of age and have a minimum of 3 years of licensed driving experience.
• Must have a valid state Driver’s License and Clean MVR.

Responsibilities

• Provides transportation services during scheduled work hours, including designated medical transportation days.
• Safely operate community vehicles for medical, recreational, and personal transportation.
• Enter and manage transportation requests in the digital system and ensure schedules are accurate.
• Maintain vehicle readiness with routine inspections and cleanliness.
• Support events and outings with planning and logistics, ensuring safety returns.
