Job summary

Menno Haven is seeking a part-time Tech Bar – Resident Support Specialist to deliver friendly, front-line technical help to residents on-site in Chambersburg. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues across Windows, MacOS, iOS and Android devices, ensuring smooth operation of resident technology.

The role is non-exempt with pay based on experience and requires flexibility for evenings and weekends to support resident events and needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and a pleasant demeanor required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required.
• Knowledge of mobile devices (phones, tablets, laptops).
• Knowledge of Windows, MacOS, iOS and Android preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware components and software issues on networked devices.
