No Longer Bound is seeking a Part-Time Resident Technician to support residents in a residential addiction treatment facility. Responsibilities include monitoring resident location, offering emotional support, and ensuring safety during emergencies.

The role requires flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, and may involve assisting with transportation and searches as needed. High school diploma and good communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in residential addiction treatment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe and supportive environment for residents in a residential addiction treatment facility.
• Monitor resident behavior and report concerns to the Program Team.
• Provide emotional support and encouragement to residents during treatment.
• Ensure resident safety by monitoring the facility and responding to emergencies.
• Assist with resident transportation and escort to appointments.
• Assist with drug screens and searches (person and property).
• Monitor the campus to maintain a safe and comfortable environment.
• Attend staff meetings and participate in ongoing training.
