Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in a management or supervision role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by anticipating needs and resolving questions promptly.
• Supervise common areas and maintain property to company standards, identifying hazards.
• Oversee admin resident services tasks and retention activities with proper documentation.
• Provide hands-on training and mentorship to resident services associates.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and perform administrative accounting tasks.
• Drive efficiency by adopting new and existing technologies.
