Liberty Military Housing is hiring a Customer Service Representative in San Diego. You will handle resident communications, move-ins, lease paperwork, and service requests in a busy multi-family community.

Qualifications

• Position requires 6 months+ of residential property management or customer service role preferred.
• Proficiency in PCs and software (e.g. Yardi, Payscan).
• Effective communication with customers, vendors and staff.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, and meet objectives.
• Must possess a positive, professional demeanor in all interactions.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to operate a vehicle.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, off-hours and emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and manage resident inquiries and service requests.
• Answer phones and assist prospective and current residents.
• Assist with move-in processes, leases, pets, and related paperwork.
• Coordinate with maintenance and staff to address service issues.
• Support move-out processes and transfers as needed.
• Oversee lease renewals and notifications to residents.
• Participate in property walks and inspections for quality control.
• Enter information into Payscan, Yardi and other systems.
• Prepare correspondence and notices related to maintenance and leases.
• Assist with outreach marketing and resident events.
