Job summary

Project Access, Inc. seeks a dedicated Resident Services Coordinator to enhance community life for residents in affordable housing.

You will connect residents with services, plan programs, and lead workshops across four pillars, working autonomously to drive meaningful, long-term outcomes. The role involves coordinating after-school and teen programs, building local partnerships, and managing volunteer teams while reporting outcomes to demonstrate social impact.

Qualifications

• Experience in community outreach, resident services, social services, education, youth programming, multifamily housing, or related field preferred.
• Ability to build relationships, engage residents, and conduct proactive outreach in a community-based setting.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, initiative, independence, and consistent resident engagement.
• Experience with youth, families, older adults, and diverse populations.
• Commitment to an inclusive, welcoming environment.
• BA/BS preferred in related field; not required.
• Proficient MS Office; basic Adobe, Canva, Salesforce, Concur.

Responsibilities

• Implement programs across four pillars: Economic Stability, Education for Youth & Families, Health & Wellness, Community Building.
• Outreach and surveys to assess resident needs.
• Coordinate and oversee after-school and teen programs with homework help and enrichment.
• Plan and deliver resident workshops and sessions; adapt when partners unavailable.
• Build partnerships with local providers to offer services and workshops.
• Organize community-building events to foster safe relationships.
• Provide residents with information and referrals to community resources.
