Job summary

Project Access, Inc. seeks a Resident Services Coordinator to design and implement programs that enhance community life for residents of affordable housing communities.

The role links residents with services, develops partnerships with local providers, and delivers workshops and outreach across four pillars: Economic Stability, Education for Youth & Families, Health & Wellness, and Community Building. Qualifications include four years in related fields or a Bachelor’s in Social Work/Human

Qualifications

• Four years of experience in multi-family housing or related fields such as social services or community outreach.
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, Education, or related field preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic with Adobe Acrobat, Canva, Salesforce, Concur.

Responsibilities

• Implement core programs and services across four initiatives: Economic Stability, Education for Youth & Families, Health & Wellness, and Community Building.
• Conduct outreach and survey resident needs.
• Plan, prepare, and facilitate resident-facing workshops and group sessions.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with local providers.
• Plan and facilitate community-building events.
• Provide residents with information and referrals to access community resources and services.
