Job summary

Project Access, Inc. is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator to design and implement programs that enhance community life for residents of multi-family housing.

You will serve as a vital link between residents and services, driving value through outreach and collaborative initiatives. The role requires an innovative, proactive individual who works autonomously, builds partnerships with local providers, coordinates after-school and teen programs, and coordinates workshops and events across

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in multi-family housing or related fields or a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Human Services, or related field.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Proficient with MS Office suite and basic design/CRM tools.
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement core programs across four pillars: Economic Stability, Education for Youth & Families, Health & Wellness, Community Building.
• Conduct outreach, survey resident needs, and engage residents to drive program participation.
• Coordinate after-school and teen programs with education enrichment and homework support.
• Plan and facilitate resident workshops and events; maintain partnerships with local providers.
• Provide information and referrals to access community resources and manage food distribution support.
• Recruit and oversee volunteers/interns; manage monthly newsletters and events calendar.
