Job summary

Project Access, Inc. is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator to enhance community life for residents in our Esprit at Cherry Creek Apartments in Glendale, CO.

You will connect residents with services, plan workshops, and lead outreach efforts across four pillars: Economic Stability, Education, Health & Wellness, and Community Building. The role requires independence, proactive outreach, and strong relationship-building with diverse populations.

Qualifications

• Four years of experience in multi-family housing or related fields; or a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, or related field.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Experience in youth or adult-centric community programs and serving diverse populations.
• Ability to build relationships, engage residents, and conduct proactive outreach in a community setting.
• Proficiency with MS Office; basic with Adobe Acrobat, Canva, Salesforce, Concur.
• Physical ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform light activity.

Responsibilities

• Implement core programs across Economic Stability, Education for Youth & Families, Health & Wellness, and Community Building.
• Conduct outreach and survey resident needs aligned with four pillars.
• Coordinate and oversee after-school and teen programs with homework help and enrichment.
• Plan and facilitate resident workshops and group sessions; deliver topics when partners unavailable.
• Develop partnerships with local providers for services and workshops.
• Plan community-building events and facilitate safe relationships among residents.
• Provide information and referrals to access resources; connect with nonprofit partners.
• Support food distribution and manage food bank partnerships.
• Maintain strong relations with property management and schedule regular check-ins.
• Organize monthly outreach including door-to-door and on-site presence in high-traffic areas.
• Recruit, train, and oversee volunteers and interns at the Resource Center.
• Use personal vehicle for supplies and attend off-site meetings (IRS mileage rate).
• Publish monthly newsletters and calendar of events.
• Collect program outcomes data with emphasis on social impact.
• Contribute to budgets for resident services; authorize contractor use when needed.
