Job summary

Project Access in California is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator to design programs that enhance community life for residents of all ages, serving as a link between residents and services.

The role involves implementing four pillars: Economic Stability, Education for Youth & Families, Health & Wellness, and Community Building, coordinating youth and senior programs, and building partnerships with local providers.

Qualifications

• Four years of experience in multi-family housing or related fields such as social services or community outreach; or a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Human Services, or related field.
• Experience in after-school programs or educational settings for youth.
• Experience in programs and events for senior citizens; serving diverse populations with cultural competency.

Responsibilities

• Implement core programs and services across four pillars: Economic Stability, Education for Youth & Families, Health & Wellness, and Community Building.
• Conduct outreach and survey resident needs through community engagement.
• Coordinate and oversee after-school and teen programs with homework assistance and enrichment.
• Plan and facilitate resident-facing workshops and coordinate partnerships with local providers.
• Organize monthly outreach and recruit volunteers to support programming.
