Job summary

Prospera Housing Community Services is seeking a Resident Services Manager to plan, direct, and coordinate social services and community outreach for residents at the assigned property. The role focuses on delivering services, engaging residents, and coordinating events to improve wellbeing and community engagement.

Responsibilities include developing and executing a services plan, collaborating with staff and stakeholders, and ensuring quality services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Services field or Qualified Social Worker field preferred.
• In lieu of educational requirements, a minimum of two (2) years of experience in a Human Services field is required.
• Community Health Worker certification preferred.
• Professional Service Coordinator Certification preferred. Valid Class “C” Texas Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• The Resident Services Manager plans, directs and coordinates the activities of social services and community outreach to residents of their assigned property (properties).
